Reservations

All daily and weekly site rentals require the first night to be paid for at the time the reservation is made. All monthly rentals require the first week to be paid for at the time the reservation is made.
Cancellations

To cancel a daily rental, please notify us no later than 4:00 p.m. mountain time the evening of your reservation date and there will be no charge. To cancel a weekly or monthly rental, please notify us at least 7 days before the arrival date and there will be no charge.

If notice is not given by the times required, the first night's prepaid deposit shall be forfeited for a one-night or one-week stay; and the first week's prepaid deposit shall be forfeited for a one-month stay.
